BOOKING POLICY: When booking your appointment a payment of £70 (using Visa, Switch, MasterCard, debit or credit card) is payable in advance, which will then be held to pay for the final session. It is non-refundable if you cancel or rearrange within 48 hours of the appointment. All fees are to be paid in full prior to the session commencing; the deposit receipt will be given to you at your appointment.
The fee charge will be discussed with the therapist at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit will be non-refundable. If the required notice is given, your deposit will be refunded to you via cheque within five working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an appointment is booked this is a verbal agreement and our cancellation policy is made valid.
