BOOKING POLICY: On booking your appointment you will be required to give a deposit of £35 using VISA, Switch, MasterCard, Debit or Credit Card. This will be offset to your final session. All fees are to be paid in full prior to the session commencing; the deposit receipt will be given to you at your appointment.
The fee charge will be discussed with the therapist at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit will be non-refundable. If the required notice is given, your deposit will be refunded to you via cheque within five working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an appointment is booked this is a verbal agreement and our cancellation policy is made valid.
